Payment Terms:

• Students may use the web platform at NO cost for the course unit.
• Students may pay at list price for student's fees as per course type. For example fee for university course is KSH 700 ( or USD 7.00). mElimu reserves an exclusive right to offer discounts via coupon codes. Coupon codes come with a validity.
• Coupon codes have limited validity and these codes may stop working any time even if other students have been able to use these.
• Teachers and students shall agree and abide by the privacy policies listed at https://esp.melimu.com/privacy_policy.php
• Do not use mElimu service or products, if you do not agree with mElimu terms and privacy policy.
• You agree not to share or copy any content or mElimu application. mElimu mobile application may be used on a Maximum of two mobile devices (validated by IMEI).
• Students are responsible for providing a valid email, cell phone number, and course code to use mElimu services and platform properly.

Definitions:

• Teacher(s) - Anyone who is providing teaching services through mElimu platform by enrolling students.
• Paying Student(s) - Students who have paid fees to mElimu for using mElimu's premium products.
• Free Students(s) - Students who are using basic mElimu web products for no-cost.
• Free web platform - mElimu's basic platform that's available at no costs.
• Enrolled students - Each teacher shall be enrolling the students via excel uploads or by providing student data in an excel.
